Medical aid was taken out on 1 October 2013. In November I am notified by SMS that the plan is suspended due to non payment. No other communication about having problems with payment.. I phoned the call centre and they cannot give me a reason the debit order was not taken. They have my correct banking details and funds are available! I had to make a manual payment.
I was asured this would be rectified for the December run, but they were unwilling to put anything in writing. They promised they will get back to me with reasons for failing to deduct money. I needed this as I am travelling abroad during the next payment period and cannot contact a call centre.
Money for December was not taken and I have had no feedback after they promised to get back to me.
I want to give them money!
