First National Bank
Extremely rude

I get a telephone call from a Call centre telephone number 031 581 9673 to tell me that one of my banking accounts will be changed from a current savings account to a cheque regardless of whether I want it or not and the cost per month will be R169. I ask her why so she says because that is what the bank has decided. I feel this is utterly ludicrous as my account is not very active and why should I pay such exorbitant fees. She was utterly rude.
