I contacted FNB to switch my current savings account to a cheque account and a lady by the name of Tatum assisted me, she was easy to talk to and explained everything to my accurately, she even gave me options to open my daughter a savings account and everything was handled well and efficiently. I managed to place an order for my phone and everything has happened exactly how she said it would, I have never recieved such great service and excellent telephone etiquette from any bank.
