I am done with fnb done

I been blocked out of fnb cellphone banking, when I called fnb call centre I was answered by the most rude person who the only response to me was you'll have to visit a branch we don't fix your blockage here after I was told to call the number to get it fixed. She was rude and utterly disgusting, now as I begin to shop for a new bank
