My bakkie is vandalized intead of Renew-it

I took my bakkie to this renew it ranburg arranged by Virgin Insurance and Renew-it promised 10-15 days and on the 27 Dec I was told my bakkie was ready for collection and to my surprise the following ;

1. The grill is loose and rattling
2. 2 black strips on the roof are still hail damaged
3. Bonnet and lights protector was missing (I asked the guy and was told I need to speak to Musa)
4. There is some white powder on the interior roof and scratches and my driver's door panel is cracked
5. Dashboard is loose

Virgin Insurance called me to rate their service which was "0" and the promised to call me again and to-date no one called me, my bakkie is vandalized instead of Renew-it.

Virgin doesn't care what happened after and even when I told them my bakkie is not fixed.
I would appreciate if this can be repaired as a matter of urgency as this has truly inconvenienced me for my schedules ahead.
