The poor service and bad attitude of Staff

Game has advertised for this week a special on a Xbox controller & game combo on their website, after shopping around found that the promotion was the best price. We arrived at approx 09:20am 25/05/13 & enquired about the special the sales person for the section was not aware of the promotion. I requested to speak to the manager. I saw her talking to the manager and he literally "shewed" her away uninterested in what she saying. She came back to me and told me she cannot help me. I then requested she speak to another branch in South gate. She contacted them and confirmed that there was stock and I must speak to Sipho. We then went to your South gate branch and eventually got in contact with Sipho and he supplied the items. My fianc? went to pay at the till where Ellah handled her purchase. 3 other Game employees pushed in front of her and started screaming in conversation to Ellah. She asked Ellah to silence the noise. Ellah ignored her request. They were in full view of her purse, bank card even when she was entering her pin on the speed point. She then over charged us and once again ignored us when we queried this. Sipho came to assist and we were refunded eventually.
