Service only by association!

I am VERY disappointed in your Branch Manager: Koos Smit! When he was new in the branch, he was a friendly, professional manager who helped every customer and did not choose who he serves. I had to walk out the bank because I reslised that I had been sitting in the line for close to 20 minutes and there had been people who WALKED in beore me and Koos would ask them what they need and assist them first. I find it strange the people he runs tp are mostly white people. I was watching when a black lady walked in, he wouldnt even ask how she would be helped. I was first in line and 2 white men speaking Afrikaans walked in and I overheard them speaking amongst themselves asking one another, is this the line we stand to open a business. Then as per usual, Koos Smit walked up to them asking them: ''Are u guys looking for me? '' in Afrikaans. He thought I did not hear that. Then the guys explained their story and he said, no u guys can come through.
Now my question to FNB is: has this now turned into a bank where one is recognized by their skin colour? Standing in a line is not fun especially when you have other obligations! So Koos Smit thinks that me sitting there, wasting
