Every time we go there, they dont have internet banking tokens. How do they operate without stock. They say they will phone you when they have, and it never happens. Including their staff all got a bad attitude towards customers its shocking. Does not seem like anyone of them wants to work.
When you get to a consultant you sit an hour, cos there is never a phone available to do anything either.
Me and my husband bank with Capitec, And had this problem numerous times at this branch.
Could not take consultants name cos they are not wearing any name badges either.
Please improve training and stock planning with this branch. Very dissapointed.
