Great service and professionalism

I had the unfortunate experience recently of having my home burgled and a number of valuable items.
From the moment I contacted First for women to log my claim I was impressed by the speedy and professional way they handled the claim.

I was most impressed by specifically Kurt Malan the Loss Adjustor who phoned me straight after I logged the claim and made an appointment to see me at my premises.
He was on time and turned what I thought would be a harrowing experience into a positive one. In fact I had felt at ease for the firs time since the incident happened. He was clear and concise in his way and also sensitive to the situation. He even went so far as share some ideas from his experience on how to make my home and family safe for the future.

I was shortly thereafter contacted by Cape Insurance and a gentleman called Dezlin had every item that was taken replaced. He was patient and made sure I was completely satisfied by going out of his way to find the specific items to replace. Where the items were discontinued he sourced upgraded newer models and kept it within the claim amount!

I can truly recommend First for Woman, and once again thank you Kurt and Dezlin!
