I put in a claim about a month ago, I have spoken to about five consultants who each told me the claim would be resolved on the day I phoned to find out what is going on. I have repeatedly told each and every consultant I do not have an invoice for the bag which was and they should proceed without it. Every single time I speak to a consultant, I have to resent the email with the affidavit and quotes of other items I had in my bag. I am 100% sure if I call tomorrow, they going to request the email for the 6th time. What is the point in having insurance when they can't even resolve a claim? One consultant told me I need an invoice for every single item I had in my bag? Who keeps invoices for every single item purchased? In that case there is absolutely no point in me having insurance as I don't have an invoice for a single item I have purchased in my house and of my possessions. I am appalled by the customer service. If I knew this is what it means to have insurance I would have never subscribed.
