I contacted the presitge line (as i never receive replies from my banker at all regardless of the number of emails i send).
I informed the consultant that i had read the following on the website with regards to cheque payments
Guarantee cheques
You can use your card to guarantee cheques up to a pre-set amount by
completing the certificate on the reverse of the cheque, where
applicable.
I am currently wanting to make payment to an institution, i do not have funds right now and wanted to write a cheque. I was informed by another consultant that if i write my CC details on the back of the cheque it would be honoured irrespective of whether there are current funds in the account.
Please can i get PROPER information. Another consultant said i am unable to do this. It seems like the consultants give conflicting information
