As per Dial Direct's policy it states that they should keep the client updated at least every 2 days. Since in an accident, it has taken 4weeks to get to a point where I know what will be paid out by the insurance. I am very very unhappy with the service rendered. I had to call to obtain updates. I phoned every 3 days, just to get updates. In most cases I had to speak to other consultants. They have deducted my insurance amount for the car that has been written off-how does that work? All I wanted was frequent updates and reasons for delays. It has not been a pleasant experience!
