Online banking issue unresolved

To whom it may concern:

I am writing this complaint in a last effort to resolve an issue that is pending for nearly a month. I recently moved to the UK and have an ABSA account that I have had since my days as a student. As a security precaution, ABSA froze this account and this also terminated my ability to conduct any online transactions and pay the linked credit card. I used various resources to my availability to correct this including phoning ABSA's online banking help line and sent various emails (Case Ref No. 2635013 (EC: 5931BF02, EC: CB1B951A, EC: 956576CA). Each of these efforts seems to go around in circles with the technical assistant not knowing how to deal with the error message:

"you do not have the required permission to use this function"

I AM ABLE TO LOGON TO MY INTERNET BANKING but it appears that I have no privileges. The last effort of clearing my web browser cache had no effect. The branch manager advised me to visit the branch (South Downs Centurion) and resolve the issue. I am not willing to buy an air ticket to do so.
