My husband had an accident the 28/11/2014. The claim were not solved with in a month and a half. I phoned the customer complain department and Masood assist me (in afrikaans) with my complaint. With in a hour he phone me back with an answer on all my questions. Masood mailed me every morning just to keep me updated. With in a week's time my claim were sorted out. Thank you Masood if not for you help this claim would still be going on. Thank you so much.
