Poor Service @ Discovery again

I struggled to close my discovery card and it took weeks to do so due to the Supervisor trying to convince people not to close their cards. Eventually after I complaint they closed the account and then paid the excess cash into my Cheque account.

I also cancelled my discovery insure, when I took out the insurance they indicated that if an accident is caused by another party, I will not be liable for paying the excess. WHAT, then someone drove into my wives car and ques what. They claimed the excess from me. Thank I cancelled and took out proper insurance.

On the 23 January I by accident paid into my Cancelled credit card an amount off R 9000. After so many e mails, calls and queries the money have still not been paid back into my account. WHAT!!! When I contacted FNB they told me normally any company will reverse payment within 48 Hours if the accounts was closed. WHAT, after all the e mails, calls ect and I still wait for Discovery to pay back my money.

I am now also cancelling my life insurance with them immediately, they will probably also have some story to pay out when I pass away.

Now it is only my medical aid I must Transfer to Fedhealth.
