Miway is proving to be a pain to deal with... their call-center agents always have to drive you up the wall about small things. If its not them not calling you back as requested and agreed its another giving you difficulty with a simple request. The last lady I was dealing with could have just said yes I will call you back at a relevant time instead she makes an issue out of that simple request to be called back within the same day. If MiWay is so busy with calls why don't they employ more agents to cater to customer needs.
I am so fed up with substandard service from them... if you reading this consider other service providers before miway cause you will constantly be frustrated after dealing with their call center.
