It feels like Wesrand does not care

I did a online assesment and it was declined due a notice on my name, i have the court order where it is instructed that it's now removed, this takes months before ITC will clear it on there side. So i phoned Wesbank, they told me to mail all the docs to them. So that is what i did, then i get a response that "you must do a online assesment" it really looked like a drafted up mail that was just copies and pasted. Did you guys not read my mail that i sent? It really feels like it was to brush me off. I'm really not impressed with Wesbank.
