After lightning hit my house I put in what I thought was a fairly simple claim. The PSG Assist guys send out the assessor the next day so it seemed everything was off to a good start. However after sending through the claim forms it took 5 days just to register the claim. Then only did they send out another assessor who then had 7 days to do her report. This was 2 days ago. Now I cannot even get any feedback to find out what the status of my claim is, what they are repairing, paying out etc. It has been over 2 weeks from the date of the damage and right now I have no idea what is going on. My neighbour who suffered damage from the same strike has already been paid out and everything sorted out, yet I do not even know what is going on yet. Will certainly be moving my business after this
