Lightning damage claim to gate motor not payed out

After delivering a report on lightning damage on a gate motor the bank only wants to pay out what they claimed with there assessor that it can only be the board, service from client services at 0118585000 to claim no 13/0764736 with no feedback in two week for what is going to be paid out, I also wonder now what else is not covered and why do I pay insurance??? I bought a whole new system out of my pocket because an exactly the same previous claim was paid out with now hassles - 4 years ago, time to move to FNB!!!
