I took up a car insurance late 2013 and a consultant promised that i will be contacted within 14 days for the tracker to be fit in my car. When i received a call, i was already on holiday (way after the 14 days period) and requested to be contacted on 06 January. As at today i have not received a call effecting the tracker, thou i received 2 calls that the tracker arrangements are underway (and so they've been underway since then, until today)... my vehicle still does not have tracker and nobody returns my calls AND emails. I park at my own risk when i travel, yet the premiums are being deducted every month. This does not make me a happy client, unless "happy" has a different meaning...:-(((
