I have been trying to purchase something through Takealot for two weeks now. The whole time the hold up is with Creditcart. I had spoken to Heather who was aware there was a problem. I sent her emails with the error messages. Today was D-DAY. I complained to takealot and they made contact with Heather and she contacted me. I told her I desperately I needed an answer by 11 before I loose out on another deal. All she did was FORWARD THE COMPLAINT! The problem has been two weeks and counting and I have suggested that takealot remove creditcart as a service provider as your non-service stinks. I am highly disgusted and the attitude that you don't care and clearly don't want the business. Your client service also leaves a lot to be desired.
