I spoke to a lady this morning regarding insurance for a vehicle I purchased on my name for my dad, and I am very sorry that I did not catch her name (hope you can look this up with the policy number?). Just want to say that she was professional, efficient, friendly and makes doing business with Outsurance a pleasure!!! Other call centres can take her attitude towards clients and the job she does as an example of how service should be.
