I tried to register for my internet banking on Tuesday and couldn't. I then tried to phone them for assistance and got a recording saying that I will pay R52.50 to speak to an agent. I then went into the bank on Wednesday. They said everything is fine. I got home and tried to register and the same thing happened. I went to the bank again and they said again its fine I must go home and try again and the same thing happened. I tried to reset my access details and it gives me an error.
