After the first complaint on the 23rd August to date i still have not being sorted out with the query that was sent through... and as time goes by the prob is getting worse... and guess what they will eventually tell me... its not their problem... BUT if they had sorted this out at the beginning then i would not be writing this today. A person pays insurance every month for years and years and a little issue like this cannot be dealt with as soon as possible and it is now almost two months later. If i could i would take my bond elsewhere and close all my accounts with Standard bank. REALLY SHOCKING
