I have had a passed fault with this service provider in which i called and complained to a representative and left it there. I called wasted my airtime previously only to be put on hold a few times.( No product knowledge)
Furthermore i was told that it takes a few days in which they can receive my claim as they do not have clear confirmation of a debit/payment for the month. This tells me this company has low communications systems.
Anyway, this 24/01/2014 was a debit that went off my account!!? My instructions to the service provider was and is clear on when i get paid. I call 'The Unlimited' to understand what on earth is going here??? The representative placed me on 'Hold', yet again, and soon explained a benefit of some naturein having an earlier debit??!! Absolutely NOT! I do not expect anyone to do anything on MY ACCOUNTS without MY AUTHORIZATION! This is a breach in Integrity of the company of which i no longer have trust in.
