Hi,

I am very frustrated by the illegal and negligent conduct of this company. I had taken out the Auto Care product for my vehicle but after realising that I do not require the service I phoned the company in October 2010 to cancel. The company however continued to debit my account and I phoned them again to notify them and was told I would be refunded for the erroneous debit on my account but nothing happened. Instead the company has continued to illegally debit my account. I phoned them again in January 2012 to get this matter rectified. I was told that when I phoned in 2010, my call was disconnected and the cancellation was not completed. This is not true and I have requested the company to provide the telephone recordings as required by FICA. I was told the company would look into this matter and provide feedback within a reasonable amount of time but I have not heard anything from them. I wonder if I have to enforce my rights as a consumer for the company to act? This is absolutely ridiculous and criminal conduct from the company. Is this what "The Unlimited" brand represents... total disregard of FICA, NCA, common law principles and customer service.
