Charge for visa lette

I am currently standing in the branch and am appalled that I have to pay R72 per visa letter.

I was staff as well as a long standing client with the bank. Your Supervisor Marissa says it is compulsory.

And if I purchase my forex I will be refunded. What nonsense. I will be moving all my accounts once I have what I need from you bank.

This is certainly a pathetic way to make customers purchase forex so that you make more money from us.
