Hello Peter

I had a complicated matter to deal with regarding the debited amount on my personal loan. I initially contacted the loans department to try and resolve the matter with no luck. I sent an email to Sean to put my predicament across and to see if the bank could be of any assistance.
The service I had from Sean was exceptional. He paid attention to my enquiry, gave a detailed history report that showed every transaction that occurred in my account and how the department came to the conclusion about the transaction in question.
He not only explained the details of the account but he listened to his client with empathy while he maintained the terms and conditions of the contract and when/how they come into effect.
Nedbank can grow even bigger with staff like Sean. I really was impressed. He really has exceptional customer/client relations attributes. A job well done!!!
