ABSA BANK - PATHETIC SERVICE!!!

My house got broken into on the 10th January 2014 - I started contacting Absa the next day - 11th January 2014 in regards to the break in - I have spent the last 12 days trying to speak to a consultant about the claim and getting someone out to come do repairs but to no avail I phone Absa everyday - Spend 25 - 45 min on the phone just to speak to someone who then puts me through to a consultant - after waiting another 15 - 20min i get to a answering machine - i then leave a msg for the consultant to phone me back - this has happened everyday 3 - 5 times per day for 12 days and counting and no one has phoned me back! I have been paying house insurance through ABSA for the last .. i dont even know how long... 15 - 20 years and THIS IS THE SERVICE I GET! PHONE ME BACK TODAY! I WANT ANSWERS TODAY!!

My house is standing open every night. TheY broke my gate - damaged the roof - cut all the alarm wires - fell through my roof etc. I pay a security company R 750 per night to have a armed guard at my house during the night - i now got the invoice - R 8 500.00 - But Absa Insurance states that they will appoint guards to watch over a property while it is getting fixed by them!!! USELESS!!
