On the 16 January 2014 I took my car for hail damage assessment at pomona through virgin Money insurance. Was helped by Marius Johannes and I was told they could not fix my car because it will cost them more to fix, so they will right-off the car. Which I agreed to After Weeks of no update on the outcome of my car my right off details, I called Marius more than 20 times last week and he has ignored all my calls. I finally called Virgin Money assurance requesting update and I was told, Marius has advised them to pay me R18 000 to fix my car privately as the car shows it was fix somewhere before and it was done poorly and complaining about the broken lights and Mirrors and paint, as for the light and mirrors its not my fault that hail damaged them. I am axpecting them to do what I was told from a get go. Righting it off

The service I have received was shocking and ridiculous. I have Insured x 3 cars with virgin Money and still today my problem has still not been sorted
