Appaling and disgraceful service

I'm extremely dissapointed with the service I have received from Iwyze insurance. On 29 January 2013, I went to the company's offices at 75 President street JHB to sign documents for my car. The amount that was stated to me via the phone on 10 January was not reflected on the document I had to sign, the amount was less.

When I got home I phoned Iwyze insuarance, I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes as I was waiting to speak to the supervisor. I dropped the phone and redialled, and again. I was placed on hold. I phoned four rimes until I FINALLY got hold of the call centre team leadder Maria. While speaking to her and explaining the situation, the phone went dead, my airtime ran out. I was hoping she'd call me back, just to show interest in the matter at hand but to my surprise, she didn't call me.

This just proves Iwyze doesn't care about its customers and Maria didn't want to help me. Ever since I put in a claim for my car, it's been an uphill battle to get the kind of service one expects from an insurance company. I'm BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED and would hope someone in that company would contact me and help with my query.
