The Store is dirty, the trolleys are dirty. That is not even my biggest complaint... From the moment my Girlfriend and I walked into this store, the security guard started harassing us. He blatantly followed us up and down the Aisles, giving us some of the most dirty looks I have ever received. I understand a security guard doing his job and watching out for shoplifters, but do not march behind me up and down every aisle, especially not if I am about to spend nearly 8k in your shop. Eventually I asked the guard to call the manager, which he didn't want to do, I insisted, and eventually the manager arrived. When I explained to him what was going on, he asked the guard if this is true, he could not look me in the eyes, even going as far as telling the manager it is a lie. Now my Girlfriend is a police officer, and is always aware of suspicious activities, and why she noticed it in the beginning. The attitude of the manager was appalling, the TRS security guard was condescending and insulting. I have never been made to feel like a criminal in a shop before, and you can rest assured, I have told all of my friends in Midrand about the shocking experience.
