My previous experience with King Price's King Cab service was very disappointing. Immediately after I complained they apologised, followed up and refunded my free King Cab trip and promised me that they will check in and improve on their service.
I can honestly say that they have!
Friday I had a booking for 23h00. 22h40 they phoned me to let me know that they are waiting at my car (I was at a bar in Braamfontein and they still managed to find my car in the streets), but that I can take my time since my booking was only for 23h00 and that they will be waiting.
The drivers were friendly, drove responsibly and it really was an overall pleasant experience. I spoke to another person that also used the service that night, and they said the same thing.
I am very impressed with the service I received and will be recommending it!
