FNB BANK and their sytem they are forcing credit on my name, my fnb chqq account had no overdraft facility, in a month end of novemeber 3x d/o's run on my account, as per incontact sms received stated that if I do not put funds on my account d/o will return unpaid, confirmation sms received that 3x d/o ruturned unpaid, month end of november same thing happend, the 6th of december received sms sayin I should contact FNB Legal before legal action is taken against me, when I called FNB I m told that the 3x D/O went through in october did not return as per communication received. I have been offered overdraft and being charged interest for it.
if FNB system did not return the D/O it shud not be the customer's problem, FNB and the third party paid should make their arrangement in returning the D/O then the client should account for returned D/O charges.
