Good Day, I submitted a Claim in END November 2013 for my damaged lightening pole to be replaced.
Astek Assessing came out to assess in December. To date i am still awaiting a response. I have contacted ABSA Claims and asked what is happening? I was told there is a " delayed message - waiting for quotation.
It is summer now which means "lightening SEASON. If my house or property gets struck in the meantime, then who pays for the damages? ME or ABSA? Again i put my Claim in the End of November beginning December 2013! ABSA doesnt seem to be bothered. I asked the claims dept to please let me know what is going on and i am still none the wiser.

Please could someone sort this out urgently.
