I had taken out what i was lead to believe was life cover last November and didn't have any problems with the till June. When the started debiting my account on the incorrect dates as a result, returned charges from my bank. I had sent a email asking them to change it but no response. In July double payment was taken again on the incorrect date and i put a stop order. I later learnt that i was not covered for life insurance but accidental death as i has some health issues but the consultant that sold it to me did not make me aware or this. Its only when i checked the documents that i saw due to me not having a HIV test done the police was down graded to accidental cover and i was never informed that i need a text done. About a week ago i got a call asking why i had put a stop order for the policy and i explained to the agent what had happened, he say that he would look in to the matter and call me back. Also i was told that they would listen to the recordings and the matter was being dealt with high priority till today not a word. I WAS SOLD A LIE.
