Credit Card still not cancelled

After the last time I spoke to someone from Standard Bank regarding this issue, It was meant to be resolved, but once again, incompetence creeps in. I received a notification that my account is overdue for the second time after I've instructed them to cancel the account. Since you record everything for quality purposes, go listen to the recording and fix this (my credit record better not be affected either).
