During July 2013 I had applied and received customer assistance from standard bank to freeze my home loan for 3 months, which had been confirmed and approved by the customer assist department. I now see that it reflects on my credit record as I had not paid my bond for 3 months. Standard Bank is showing repeated poor service and quality standards. I have send numerous complaints this week to STD bank with no response as yet. FNB seems like the better choice for service and quality Standards.
