I requested a quote from Outsurance in January and they couldn't beat my current car insurance. Six months down the line they still couldn't beat my current insurance. I then requested the R400 promotion quote the company runs because I knew I qualified for that and even the Sales Agent confirmed that. I was told I will receive an email where I'm supposed to put a promotional code (which I received via cellphone). I have been waiting for that email since Monday. Tried calling again and giving another email address, all I get is smses with different promotional codes but NOT A SINGLE EMAIL. I'm just hoping this is not a Outsurance is spreading everyday via different media channels.
