No wonders could express how ANGRY I am about the service level I received @ Capitec. I called in last Monday after experiencing a Saswitch issue! Since then I've been speaking to 9 different agent and they all tell me different about process that is followed, which really makes me wonder if this people do attend training and what the do they learn frm there if they know nothing! Wat shocks me the most is that a Saswitch process takes 7, 30., 45 or 50 days to trace??? Like what the is that?? So it means I should wait for MY MONEY that I WORKED for, for Sooo long??? Like what the??? I demand that something is done ASAP or less I'll take this matter further and that is a promise
