Hi,

I received a letter yesterday saying that I haven't paid my instalments on two occasions. I have proof that the money has been deducted. Now Capitec has issue me a notice of default in terms of section 129 (1) of the NCA and within 3 days i might be blacklisted.

I have been paying my dues for the past 20 - 25 months and this is what they do with you. I am waiting on the Ombudsman for some information on my rights and the process i could follow.

And i promise you, it is going to take Capitec 3 days to respond to this complaint.
