I applied for a loan over the phone today, the lady who helped me completed the process quick and easy, and it was approved
All good. Then at the end, she asked me if i wanted some hospital plan, which i said no for, then she kept on harassing me and asked me why i don't want it, a few times, and then at the end when she finally accepted my refusal to take that plan, she said, "if you say so"... This lady told me herself that she was working under supervision, if this is how your call agents are supervised, why would anyone want to use your call centre and why should i recommend your services to anyone with such rude people? And if you think i am lying, check your call log, i called at 13h54 today, my number is 0732422736. I can't remember what the name of the lady was i spoke to, but your calls are recordes, so you can fins out. I want a telephonic apology from this lady for her bad attitude!!
