NOT INFORMING CLIENT ABOUT NON PAYMENT RECIEVED

MTN INSTATED ADEBIT ORDER FOR CELLPHONE INSURANCE ON MY ACCOUNT.A FEW OF THE DEBITS WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL AS I HAVE BEEN OUT OF THE COUNTRY, BUT NO-ONE HAS INFORMED ME OF NON PAYMENTS RECIEVED.I WOULD HAVE MADE ARRANGEMENTS FOR THIS TO HAVE GONE THROUGH SUCCESSFULLY AS I KNEW INSURANCE IS IMPORTANT.BUT THROUGH NO COMMUNICATION FROM MTN NOR 24 MOBILITY INSURANCE, I CAN NOT PROCESS A CLAIM. 1/2 SUCCESSFUL PAYMENTS HAVE GONE THROUGH MY ACCOUNT WHICH COVERED DEC AND INSURANCE DOES NOT WANT TO APPROVE OUR CLAIM FOR THIS MONTH.NOW IVE BEEN INFORMED THAT I CAN TAKE THIS FURTHER AS THEY WILL NOT COVER THAT MONTH AND THEY WILL REVERSE THE FUNDS THEY HAVEDEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT.ANY ADVICE???
