24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
2 contracts but 3 policies?

I upgraded my cellphone contract and took up a new ipad contract and signed for the insurance in - middle March.
End March there went off 3 different debit orders for cellphone insurance from 24hr mobility.
I still have not received any correspondence from them and the amounts is different than that what I was told from MTN
Can someone let me know what is going on per telephone?
