Disgusted with std bank incompetency

I made a deposit of R3000 at the atm om the 30/12/2013. After receiving a sms to confirm payment into my cheque account and receiving a receipt I was satisfied as iv made deposits via the atm several times. Only to realise a few days later the money isn't reflecting into my account.im disgusted with std bank.they advised me to wait 5working days for them to investigate where the money is/why its not in my account. I made over 10 calls to follow up. After 12 days they get back to me saying they unable to trace the money as theres no excess in the atm. The reason from the dam rude consultant is maybe I was to slow at the atm. I then visited both the stanger and windermere branch thereafter to check if they can follow up/ imvestigate, sitting there for to 2 hrs for them to say they will call and get back to me but no suprise they havent. I bank with std bank for 40years im utterly disgusted with the pathetic service. Iv been treated like a fool running around trying to trace my own money. How can there not reflect excess in an atm or how can the payment disappear, surely there are cameras & a system? do want it forgotten? how can u employ rude incompetent staff? HERES TO MOVING BANK
