I recently cancelled my insurance with Virgin, due to a lower premium rate from another agency. When I purchased my new car the original quote I received was only valid for one month. This was not explained to me initially by the consultant. This was an annual increase, but in my opinion unfair as it was a new vehicle so the annual increase should not have applied or at least inform me that the quote is only valid for one month. I called in to give Virgin an option to amend but supervisor on shift was not very helpful. It was a pity I didn't get to speak to Lwazi because he seemed concerned and willing to try to hold onto an existing customer, however it was too late. Thank you Lwazi for the pleasant experience.
