Very poor service at Standard Bank, Bracken City

I needed to obtain a "proof of residence" at the bank for insurance purposes. Their system was down. Fine, that's not their fault, probably. But the complete lack of initiative to manually or by phone call help me, was astounding. Not only that, the clerk at "inquiries" and the lady at the front desk had such an attitude! How dare I ask them to make another plan..!

Luckily, one lady heard my complaint, came forward and proposed that when the system came back on, they deliver the document to my home. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name. My question: why could the others not be as helpful? Laziness? Not willing to go the extra mile for 'n client of Standard bank for 23 years?
