Netstar had engaged the services of NuDebt Management to collect a from a Mr M Khoza with I.D. # 690110... but instead they are issuing me Mr M Khoza I.D. # 821129... with a letter for payment. I do not own a car. I travel by train, and sometimes taxi. When I queried this with them after numerously being cut off and transferred the lady handling the call was rude obnoxious and unhelpful. it seem that they are certainly not trained in their job. the lady didn't give her name and kept side stepping the issue of incorrect details by questioning weather my father or someone related to me has the account. My father is dead and my uncle doesn't even own a bicycle.
