Incorrect balance due

As of the 1st June 2013, my account balance at CNA / Edgars was R2999.56. I made a purchase on the 15th June 2013 to an amount of R599.90 which means that my new balance should be R3599.46. This does not reflect as such. My new balance is R38968.93 which they calculate from where I dont know!?

How on earth do you get charged an extra R500 that no-one knows where it comes from? Please check my account and send me a detailed complete statement as I have been a loyal customer for many years and to all of a sudden add an extra R500 onto this account for no apparent reason, is not ethical.

Please resolve this matte
