Good day,

I had an outstanding interaction with Isabella Manyobe today around 12h00 (call ref no. RJ14012832495). She managed to assist me with something that I had already given up since I couldn't get help even from the branch level. I've always wanted to open a savings pocket but I couldn't because the system always rejected my request, giving an error message that it is already open. When Isabella enquired if I would like to have a savings pocket after assisting with my initial query, I thought to myself; another FNB employee trying harder to fail. This time I was wrong, she is the best thing since sliced cheese I must say. The same error message appeared from her side and she requested to fix it and call me back to let me know that it is done. In less than 5 minutes she was back with me on the line as promised and it was done. I couldn't believe it because I have been trying to get this sorted for over two years now, and had even given up on it.
